Senior Care Stars is a senior-living placement service for Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, and East Broward County. It exists because finding the right community during a hospital discharge shouldn't mean cold-calling a directory while a clock runs.
Why we exist
Families get the news that a loved one can't go home safely, and then they're handed a stack of brochures or a link to a national directory with thousands of listings and no idea which have a bed open today. Meanwhile discharge planners are making the same calls over and over. We built a desk that does the matching — fast, local, and honest — so the family can spend its energy on the decision, not the search.
