Senior Care Stars is a local senior living placement service operated by Senior Care Stars LLC, serving Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, and East Broward County. This page exists so case managers, social workers, compliance officers, and families can see exactly how we operate.

Free to families. Free to hospitals. Always.

Our service costs nothing to the families we help, and nothing to the hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, or professionals who connect families to us. We are compensated by senior living communities, and only after a family chooses a community and completes a move-in, under written agreements.

The choice always belongs to the patient and family.

We present matched options with facts — current availability, pricing, and state inspection history — and the family decides. We do not steer, we do not rank by what we're paid, and we never present a community we would not stand behind.

We never pay for referrals.

We do not pay, gift, or provide anything of value to hospital personnel, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, or any referral source in exchange for referrals — ever.

We do not accept placement fees for Medicaid recipients.

Florida law permits AL communities to compensate referral services only for non-Medicaid residents (Fla. Stat. ch. 429; violations are patient brokering under § 817.505). When a family is a Medicaid recipient or applicant, we still help — at no charge — by directing them to Medicaid-participating communities and public resources, and accept no fee.

We don't need — or want — protected health information.

Our intake works from initials and general case facts: care level, budget range, area, timing. We ask you NOT to send names, DOB, MRNs, or clinical documentation, and we flag and remove such information if sent unsolicited.

Only licensed communities. Ever.

Every community holds an active Florida AHCA license, and we share each community's most recent inspection status alongside availability and pricing.
