Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to match a case: your role, contact number, and general case facts. We do not collect protected health information and actively guard against it — initials only, no names, DOB, MRN, or clinical records.
What we store
Your contact details for the case thread, the case facts you enter, and message history for that case. We text you only about your case — never marketing.
Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
You opt in to text messages by checking an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent box on the final step of our intake form at seniorcarestars.com/send — it is never pre-selected. The box, shown here unchecked:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

When we share information
To provide our service, we share relevant case details (using initials and general case facts) with licensed senior living communities you may consider, under written agreements with those communities. We may also share information when required by law, or with service providers (such as our communications and hosting vendors) who process it only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain case information only as long as needed for our service and legal obligations, and we purge free-text case notes on closed matters after 18 months. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect the information we hold.
Your controls
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Ask us to delete a case, or request access to or correction of your personal information, anytime: compliance@seniorcarestars.com.
