Text Messaging & Consent
How Senior Care Stars sends text messages, how you opt in, and how to stop.
How we collect your consent
When you submit a placement request on our intake form at seniorcarestars.com/send, the final step presents an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. You can submit your request whether or not you check it — SMS consent is never required to use our service. If you choose to opt in, the checkbox reads, word for word:
(Shown here for reference. The live, interactive checkbox appears on the last step of the form and is not pre-selected.)
What you'll receive
If you opt in, you receive a one-time confirmation text right after you submit — for example:
“Senior Care Stars: we received your placement request. Shane will call you personally, usually within a few hours. Need us sooner? Call (954) 751-4774. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
You may also receive occasional service-related messages about your specific case. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of receiving our placement help — you can always just call us at (954) 751-4774.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@seniorcarestars.com or (954) 751-4774.
Program terms & privacy
Full SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service. We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
